Very Good

The breakfast, the shuttle from the parking and the location.

The cleaning personnel knocked on our door early in the morning one of the days we stayed there, waking us up. The communication between the personnel could have been better in these terms.

Beautiful and would stay again

The location, the room had a balcony overlooking the lake and it was clean and comfy

We weren’t allowed to sit outside to eat a couple of times and a couple of the staff were rude in the restaurant but overall the staff were lovely.

Nice Hotel but has its drawbacks

Staff fantastic, food was probably best we had our whole trip but nothing to shout about. Beautiful views.

Having a hire car the parking is advised as being at a sister hotel what they dont mention is they complete opposite ends of Limone, but they do provide collection via buggy service when you have your luggage. Ferry port being directly outisde hotel we found annoying as always busy and fumes from boats was over powering at times

Great location to stay in Limone

We enjoyed our stay. Its best trait was central location and view from the window/balcony. The room was decent, cleaned every day. The furniture and amenities were good quality, despite visible age. Staff was nice and helpful. It was a dog friendly place, for sure.

I must say it didn't feel like 4-star hotel. It was pretty good given the location though. Some of the annoyances: AC was super loud, but necessary due to temperatures; breakfast was acceptable with some options, but coffee was worse than anything; in the bathroom there could be more towel hangers and shelves;

It was good, but could have been better

The hotel is located super close to the boat station, in a nice old town area near the water. We asked for a quiet room and received one looking the opposing side, to the mountains, and it was nice and quiet, even though the room did not get a lot of sunlight. The room was modern and spacious and had a small walk-in closet, which was very convenient for our longer stay. We received free short trip boat tickets for a longer stay. The breakfast staff are super friendly and cheerful. I enjoyed the proximity to two wonderful beaches (one of them a bit hidden), and a nice swimming pool area. The breakfast was varied and with many options.

The doors are not soundproof, so everything that happens in the corridor is heard in the room, and tons of noise if neighbours slam their doors. The fridge was also old and made very loud noises. The velvet furniture and shelves in our room was very dusty, the cleaning did not refill water or amenities. It is a bit odd to be entering the hotel through a restaurant, can't say it is very pleasant. Bed linen and towels feel a bit worn, and the detergent smells unpleasant.

A great room with an amazing view!

Location was great, the view even more sublime! Walking up to the view of the Garda lake. Staff were very friendly and there is a shuttle service from where you’ve parked your car to the hotel.

The team did not mention that the AC hadn’t been turned on yet in the hotel for us to control the temperature

Amazing views and a beautiful hotel

The rooms are modern and refurbished. The hotel was clean. Bed and shower was excellent. The room I got was large enough to leave two 81cm check in luggages open! The view from the balcony was breathtaking!!!! Location of the hotel was perfect if you're planning to arrive by ferry and take the ferry to other towns. The dock is right in front of it! The hotel kitchen staff were lovely! Amazing views from the swimming pool. Remember to call the hotel's buggy service! I didn't know they had such a service and lugged our luggages down 700m from the main road.

I didn't get the room that I paid for. When i booked the room, the photos on Booking.com showed a room with a large balcony and two separate doors to access the balcony. When I arrived, I only got a room with a smaller balcony (Room 212). When I checked with the Hotel staff, I was advised that the photos are incorrect and no such room existed. When I looked over my balcony (and also from the ground level on the pedestrian pathway), I could tell that the room I was supposed to get is right next to mine, room 214. I'm not sure what/where went wrong but please be aware when you're checking in.

Beautiful location. Our room was perfect.

Location perfect. Breakfast staff brilliant!

Would have been good if served food and drink when in pool area. Nice seating which did not seem to get used. Lots of young staff in bar area that would benefit from further training! Naffi seemed to be only one that came to take orders while others walked away

Wonderful location, stunning pool and terrace, nice staff, needs decor update but would stay again

Amazing location, right in the heart of town, but you do need the golf buggy pick up service from the hotel car park. Pool area and terrace offer sublime views of lake and mountains behind (the hotels best feature). Pleasant staff, nice onsite restaurant.

The constant stream of wasps around the breakfast area (eat inside !) no lift (but they will deliver cases to room) and too many tourist day boats pulling in right next door. Not the hotels fault but it does lead to LSG being overcrowded at peak times.

Excellent Jem! Fantastic amenities! Perfectly situated!

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection. Great location overlooking the Lake. Excellent coffee. Staff were exceptional!

Great location, great staff, Good breakfast, and so easy to arrive with the ferry. Nice pool!:)

Great breakfast, and loved that you could eat it outside by the beautiful lake! The staff was also great and so sweet.

We had some bad weather during the night, and the electricity went out a couple of times, and the aircon stopped working during the night. But would still recommend this place:)

Accomodating. Very nice view from room!

We were originally put in a room in the annex that was dark and totally detached from the hotel. We complained and they put us in a nice room with sea-view. very happy that they changed our room.
